PLEASE NOTICE ABOUT COMMANDS:

- Pre-orders will be shipped on July the 1st.

- For shipping to France :
We ship via La Poste, it usually takes 4 - 8 days to arrive.
Your patience is very much appreciated. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. If you absolutely need to have your order shipped another way, please just email us and we’ll figure it out.

- For shipping out of France :
Currently we are only shipping orders outside of France via La Poste, usually takes 8 - 20 days to arrive. Customs duties for shipping is included in the price so you are not supposed to pay some!
Your patience is very much appreciated. We will email you the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. If you absolutely need to have your order shipped another way, please just email us and we’ll figure it out.

- What should i do if my order has not arrived ?
Please email us at symbolerecords@gmail.com if you have not received your package within 30 days of ordering. We will track your package and figure out what is wrong and contact you back as soon as possible.

NOTE :
Our records are not shrink wrap cause it's too much risk of warping the records + it's already too much plastic on this planet.

Return Policy

- What happens if I receive my records damaged or defective​?
We will refund or replace any damaged or defective items of stock are available. We may ask you to send the damaged goods back to us, at our expense. We also really appreciate a reasonable understanding that occasionally cosmetic damage occurs during shipping/handling that is beyond our control.
